Chef Julian is originally from Mexico. He was trained by several French chefs in Mexico and the US. Among the chefs that he has trained or shared a kitchen with are: Joel Robuchon, Thierry Rautereau and Ben Bailly. Chef Julian gained experience not only through sharing training with great chefs but also by cultivating his knowledge with a the reading and researching of industry trends. The chef's has a total of 18 years experience through a diversity of cuisines.

French Culinary Art Degree in Ambrosia Culinary Center, Mexico City Culinary arts and Restaurant Management in Florida Culinary Institute. Staging with Joel Robuchon in a 3 and 1 michelin star restaurants located in the MGM Grand Las Vegas for a month. Member of the Vatel Chef Association in Mexico. Participant of the Regional Chaine de Rotisseur competition and 3rd finalist while being a student in FCI.
