Chef Mel graduated from San Francisco’s Le Cordon Bleu- California Culinary Academy. Her food is innovative and delicious. Mel’s love for travel is reflected in her flavor profiles. She enjoys a wonderful career in LA, catering to the Hollywood community, doing large-scale events, intimate dinner parties and offering gourmet-to-go meals.
Early in her career, Mel produced a line of specialty breadsticks which were honored by the National Association For the Specialty Food Trade as a finalist in the Outstanding Baked Good Category. Mel also hones her culinary skills in the competitive arena, earning silver and bronze honors in KCCLA- Taste Of Korea cooking contest in 2007 and 2008.
