Chef Johnny was raised in California and pursued an education in culinary arts by moving to Denver and attending Johnson & Wales University. After graduating with a BS in Food Service Management, he moved to France where he studied and was accredited with a Diploma in the study of French Gastronomy.

Chef Johnny worked in Michelin Star restaurants in France and San Francisco and brings that same level of integrity to his food now.

Chef Johnny specializes in daily meal deliveries to clients, catering parties and intimate dinners all while following their dietary needs using seasonal product sourced locally.
