Adapting Our Service to Help Chefs During the COVID-19 Crisis
In light of the COVID-19 crisis, we are only recruiting chefs for our ecommerce platform, which will launch soon. We will resume recruitment of network chefs at a later date.
We started Hello Cheffy to help chefs supplement their income. Now, we want to make our platform available to you as we navigate this COVID-19 pandemic together. We are adapting our website to make it easier to share your culinary talents with people who need them.
We know that options for dining out are currently limited. We know our friends and neighbors are still celebrating milestones—birthdays, anniversaries and the like—and that food can still be a big part of those celebrations. We want to make it easier for people to get quality food at home. We want to make it easier for you to support your families and the community.
Here’s how we think we can help:
- If you have one or more meals that can be available for delivery or pickup in your area, fill out this form with your menu details. We will post submitted menus on our new platform and make your meals available in your area.
- You will be notified when someone has requested one of your dishes.
- We will handle the marketing, ordering and payment processing on your behalf. A 15% service fee will be deducted from each order for these services.
Chefs who cook with Hello Cheffy™ can find prospective customers online just by signing up. Just fill out a profile questionnaire and, once you’re approved, you will receive online requests from customers in your area.
